My stay at the hotel was excellent, with clean, comfortable rooms and superb warm and friendly service. The location was just a short walk to the temples and markets, offering splendid views from the café. The location, though a bit far from downtown, was perfect for a relaxed stay and made exploring the town on foot very easy. The dining experience at the hotel's Viewpoint Cafe with its magical views of the rivers was unforgettable. The facilities were excellent, especially the great swimming pool and spa. Despite its many positives, the only downsides were the slightly expensive price and the distance from the main strip.

The location was perfect, nestled in restored Lao houses next to the banks of the Mekong at the end of the UNESCO old town. The balcony overlooking the mighty Mekong River was a special touch. The location was a great spot for history lovers but a bit far from the rooms. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement
