Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was excellent, with clean, comfortable rooms and superb warm and friendly service. The location was just a short walk to the temples and markets, offering splendid views from the café. The dining experience was consistently delicious, complemented by the idyllic breakfast overlooking the Mekong River.
I was thrilled with my stay at this ideally located hotel on the peninsula. The warm welcome, along with being escorted to our beautiful room, set the tone for an incredible stay. The staff's kind and accommodating actions throughout made our experience truly memorable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were delightful, well-furnished, and very clean, overlooking both rivers and set in beautiful tropical gardens. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. The location, though a bit far from downtown, was perfect for a relaxed stay and made exploring the town on foot very easy. The dining experience at the hotel's Viewpoint Cafe with its magical views of the rivers was unforgettable. The facilities were excellent, especially the great swimming pool and spa. Despite its many positives, the only downsides were the slightly expensive price and the distance from the main strip.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with wonderful adjustable beds and super comfortable mattresses. The location was perfect, nestled in restored Lao houses next to the banks of the Mekong at the end of the UNESCO old town. The amenities like bathrobes, mini-fridge with water, tea, and coffee in the room added a nice touch.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although clean, had some useless furniture that made moving around a bit tricky. The balcony overlooking the mighty Mekong River was a special touch. The service was top-notch with friendly staff always ready to help, but the dining experience fell a bit short despite the lovely river view. The location was a great spot for history lovers but a bit far from the rooms. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement
